Dash Cover Adhesive Removal?

Hey zilvia members I just bought my first S-chassis its a 96 240sx Zenki S14. Well the previous owner had some things all wrong with it, whats new lol. I've been restoring it to pristine condition as the money comes along but one thing is the dash cover he attached was already falling off when I got it so I removed it.

The tabs with the 2-sided adhesive squares attached left a bunch of nasty glue spots all over it. I've been thinking of ways to get it off and my first option would be 91% rubbing alcohol and my second would be acetone. However, I'm worried those will discolor or fade the dash or door panels or not do anything at all lol.

Please let me know any similar experiences or solutions you may have come across to this problem. Thanks guys

Is the dash cracked? If yes, don't worry so much and use strong solvents on it. If not, beat the previous owner over the head with it until it is cracked.
