There's always something better... just depends on how much you want to spend. The 2003 would save some coin over an '07 and still be one hell of a truck.

Thanks for the info. I am in the market for an 06-07 but it does not hurt to see some pics of his and maybe more info on it.

^^ hahaha I wish that was my tow vehicle. That is my mom's ride, had to borrow it to tow it to the shop.. Its funny cause that is exactly what Russell Walker said. "only you would tow using a Range Rover" lol

Well those would be a boss tow vehicle but to me a Boss setup would be a 06 7" lift Duramax crew cab truck. Custom wheel mounts in the bed for my wheels. This is what I plan to buy and build..

THREAD JACK- its not that he cares about doing that to a dually.
its that it ruins the towing capabilities of a purpose built truck. i think it looks cool and i would so rock the slammed look on a td dually. but the only purpose it had is no more.

also the motor is looking good glad everything is going well. but im confused in total money spent so far. you could have gotten a new larger lsx motor for the price so far. is there a reason you went ls1 way instead of larger for the money?

And the amount I have spent on the motor is around 6k due to the FAST102 addition that put me over the top. But the main reason I picked the LS1 motor is cause I do plan on twin turboing this thing. And later if I do need to change motor because of any issues, they are a dime a dozen and cheap to come by..

Please don't do that.....lol I almost bought one a couple of months back.. Was so cherry too.. Was already bagged, interior was fully restored, sitting on 24" 18 wheeler wheels was so clean..
