Missing a fuze block???

From the start, I apologize for my ignorance and have spent the last hour in the FSM. I recently bought a 95 s14, I own only nissans, previously had a 350, now have a kid and changed to an altima.

I am still going through the car fully, but I notice jam missing a fuse block in my fuse box in the engine compartment.

It is the the far right block, I can include pics if necessary

3 fl fuses, 1 alts, a/c and audio.

Guy I bought it off is no help, and I'm looking where to start, car runs great, no lights are on in dash.
