S13 to S14 Dizzy

Well... the tech section is gone and as the title states I would like to convert from an S13 to an S14 dizzy. The reason being is that I have two toasted S13 dizzys and 2 good S14 ones. I found a couple write ups on how to wire a S14 dizzy into an S13 but I'm not wiring-savy enough to make sense of it, let alone reverse-engineer the crap to put an S14 dizzy in an S13.

I've been chasing ignition problems since August and I'm gonna pull my motor for the 3rd time in December when I'm back for break more than 3 days. My idler sprocket is a tooth off making it impossible to time the car correctly and on top of that I killed my first distributor when I was cleaning it, put it in the car and the distributor killed the ecu, got a new distributor and the killed ecu killed my new distributor.. So now that I *fingers crossed* will be getting another DOHC ecu shortly.

Anyways I have a picture and a link. I can make sense of the picture but someone said somewhere in that thread that it isn't that simple, and it leaves 2 wires going to no where (the 3rd that plugs into the ignitor chip, and that spade connector ground that goes to the coil).

Thanks in advance for anyone's input.

Unsure if this will help or not, but I'll post it regardless.

Not so much. It's hard knowing exactly where to wire stuff up with the int. coil distributor.
