hey. my name is andrew. i got a green 1998 240sx. i live in minnesota, but i lived in arkansas for a year(where i bought the car.) the previous owner terribly riced out the car, and i just had to rescue it. so now im replacing everything that is aftermarket with either the jdm part or a better aftermarket part.

Hey everyone... I'm Joe... I currently drive a 92 Lexus SC300 with a 1JZGTE 2.5 twin turbo swap, a 91 MR2, and a few other things not really worthy of mentioning. I've always wanted to do a certain 240 project, and today I was at a carshow and the desire to do this project kind of turned into my new obsession. So, I will soon be posting a lot more here. Talk to you guys on the boards

Hey Everybody!
I'm a huge Nissan fan and spend most of my days trying to sell my current car just so I can have another Nissan of some sort. I'm currently active on other forums such as FreshAlloy, NICO, TwinTurbo.net, and AudiWorld. I joined up here to occasionally offer some helpful Z32 based information if ever needed, but mostly to browse the information that I find important to my own pursuits, such as my dream to build a Nissan based mid-engined kit car. I have been working for the US Army as a civilian for the past 4 years or so with an engineering team that specializes in rapid development. I operate and maintain 8 different rapid prototyping machines as well as provide mechanical support when it applies to a project. I do most of my vehicle work and I'm typically not affraid to take stuff apart and put it back together. I really want to learn how to tig weld so I could do some custom fabrication and other cool stuff. The reason I dont have my Z anymore is because I had to sell it as it was the only thing I had worth enough money to help me with some very unexpected moving expenses. The car was later totalled by its new owner 4 months later, not his fault though. Anyhow I hope my experience works out well here and I look forward to absorbing much information, thanks for letting me be a mooch! |

So far so good, its a fun driver, Dont know much about the car, thats why Im here, The car didnt come with a owners manual, and the fuse box cover is missing. other than that the car is in great shape. blk leather interior. the convertible top is in great shape. Only ony thing that doesnt work is the speedo. I would like to know if its a simple cable change out or what?

We'll Atif here...just picked me up a 1995 Nissan 240SX. Its a bone stock interior and engine. Has new paint, rims, body kit. I will post pictures here soon. But thought I'd say whatsup and I have been doing tons of searching. Lots of stuff to get your mind caught up.
I also own a 97 Prelude completely sponsored(but trying to get rid of) due to the name, a 2000 Acura RL sitting on dubs, and a 2003 Nissan Maxima that I also just bought. |

Just chiming in and saying hello for first time. I finally joined after months of being a "guest". I've had my '92 240sx for about 3 years now. After changing in a couple new parts, I want to start an engine rebuild and maybe turbo down the line. That's about it. Hopefully, I can make my stay worthwhile.

hello,
my name is Russ. 20 years old and I joined yesterday, trying to find some answers. I am a member of the USAF and i am currently stationed in Japan. Here, I drive a kouki s14 with way too many mods to keep up with. i love to drift the shit out of it since a new track just open not to far from the base. In the states i drive a 2nd gen rx-7. i am a rotorhead at heart. pistons are still the devil to me. hopefully this silvia will change my mind. |
