I have an sr20 and i accidentally stripped the threads on the aluminum head with the valve cover bolts. What can I do to restore the threads? Thanks.

Are you talking about the studs that the valve cover bolts to? If so they sell replacement studs but if your talking about where that stud threads into the head then I don't see why a helicoil wouldn't do the trick..just make sure you don't get any metal shavings/foreign objects into the inside of the head.
