s13 Turn signal problems (lets try one more time)

I have a 91 dohc coupe.

issue: front turn signals not working

-rear signals work but blink fast, guessing because the front dont work
-hazards work fine and blink and normal rate in the rear
-the actual green markers do flicker on my dash
-I have checked the fuse and the turn signals are connected
-yes ive changed the bulbs

I have not changed the combination switch.
Anyone have any ideas please let me know, thanks. any help appreciated.

Besides the actual plug where the turn signals hook up to, is there any other plugs involved?

The wires are cut somewhere. I recon the harness passes through the left fender, check in there for wear. Also check the connections to the back of the relay in the fuse box.

Yeah I checked the harness under the fender and there wasnt any rubbing. But ill check those wires, thanks dude. Any other suggestions? Could it be the combination switch even though the rears work?

They share a common ground, so one thing you could do is pull out one of the bulbs and, with a multimeter, probe the ground of the socket (which is the metal sleeve if I remember correctly) and a good ground like the negative battery post. If there is continuity then you have a problem with power getting to it. If there isn't continuity, you have a ground problem and can chase wires accordingly.
