Each time, the parts arrive pretty much the next business day (I'm only 100 miles from them), which pretty much means they get the part out that day.

My last few experiences with you guys have sucked.

All my debit/credit cards all share the same billing address. My billing address is not my shipping address as I have 3 Houses. All I want is for you guys to ship my items to my home address. My home address is not my billing address.

So Ive spoken with a David and a Mike. What the hell is the problem really? you guys wont take my money cause my shipping and billing addresses are different. David I know you spoke with the bank and even got approval and there is still a problem, and you gave me some bullshit merchant excuse.

I have ordered countless items form other motorsport businesses without any problems regarding billing and shipping address.

Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with you guys. I dont know of any company that would turn down 1k to 1.5k a month that I'd spend with you guys.

Ruin a good businesses reputation because they follow the law, they are doing you a service by not shipping items to a different adress, when I worked in retail no sale over $300 was allowed to to be shipped anywhere other than the adress attached to the accounts. If it's a big problem just change your billing adress. Would have been faster than creating this entire thread. And if you make a complaint at least make it sound professional. Cussing in a business review is no bueno

I am not changing my billing address. Thank for your 2 cents. I know it is good business practice to make sure no one is trying to rip your debit/credit card off. But someone from frsport even called the bank to ensure it was ok to ship it to my other address and the bank approved but frsport still refused.

I had that happen to a few customers before. Even thought we got a bank authorization the cc register would still give an error when trying to put in the code. It happens. And there's nothing the merchant can do about it

yup these guys know how to ship to canada, got a catch can from them a few years ago, somehow sent it ups with no additional charges.

Spent over an hour on the phone with tech support for my fan controller just to send it back a second time in a month. Helped me rule out any wiring problems/install problems. part is bad.

These guys are really great help with the products they sell. Will continue to use even after this fan controlller fiasco.

Frsport saved my ass a few weeks ago...i needed a HG for my CA18 build and everyone who i called locally to get it from said had it on there website but didnt wen i called to pick up same day...FRsport was my last shot...they had one on hold for a costumer, but since the costumer was waiting on parts (3 weeks or so), they sold me his HG and ordered him another one which would be intime for his pick up

I should've posted awhile back, but I've been distracted. Ordered Valves from them for my lil KA rebuild. Couple of days later my phone rings, it's a rep from FRSport. Now, I'd ordered my clutch from them before and was happy with the service, so I was concerned. Turns out I was right to be. They didn't have my valves available. I was kind of bummed, but since I didn't need them in a hurry I wasn't too worried. So, still on the phone with the rep, I ask how long it will take to get them in. He replies "I'm just calling to see if it's alright to exchange them out for an upgrade set, it's a bit more expensive but we'll cover the difference and ship them today."

So yeah. I'm very happy. Even when a problem cropped up, they didn't break stride and still met schedule with no issues. Great company.
