I am having the same issue with my pull out back. There is too much metal on the inside up high, I am thinking about moving the roller head way up and seeing if I can crush the inside metal without distorting the outside metal - or just doing the pull up a little higher, OR use a massive sledge hammer and hope it doesn't ruin the outside of the fender too.

yeah mine are torn about a inch on each side from rolling them before so they give a little more but yeah i keep bottoming out the tire on the tub and it gets annoying

I hammered mine so that they sit flush with the outside guard as far as I could go.

Then I pulled out the roller to make it look neater underneath.

The drivers side (RHD) has a small split from how stretched the metal is (Will probably get it done properly when I can afford paint). But never rubs.

The inner fender in the rear was rubbing like a mofo, so I took the rear wheel off to paint the inner fender so I could find out where it was rubbing but there was no need, due to the rubbing already rubbed off all the coating, so I took a heat gun and a Thor hammer and pounded that shit till it made room.

Also got some pics from formula d irwindale and will post some zenki pics later.

that was a long time ago, but I usually ran 17x9 0 offset front and rear.

215 40s in front 215 45s in rear (actually, they might have been 225/45s in the rear because I ran ST115s back then and used 225s in the rear.)
