Ok guys. I'm feeling generous and i'm offering smogs for cheap ONLY for Zilvia members. I will smog your car for $41.75 plus certificate(8.25)=50 dollars total. The only catch is you have to mention you're from Zilvia and i'll only smog your s13, s14, or ae86 for this price. the smog shop is in San Bruno(san mateo county) and make sure your car is legal of course

o extra 5 dollars off if you have a roll cage(roll bars dont count)

no appointments necessary

$50 is very cheap. I paid $60 for mine with certificate and I thought I was getting hooked up.

i always see coupons in the bay area advertisers for like 29.95 or so. But that could be just in frisco i dunno.....dont mean to hijack

damn they are raping you guys up there. In socal the average smog price runs from 29.99 plus certificate fee ($7.95) to 39.99 plus certificate fee
only places its $50 and over are test only facilities were you sometimes are required to go due to random factors that only the dmv knows. I have had cars come up test only and then had other cars with the same mileage come up non test only. I do know if a car fails once or twice it does have a stronger chance of coming up test only the next time around. ah but I digress

Haha.. $30?? You guys are probably thinking about the old smog test or pre smog inspection. They changed the way they do smog in Cali since September 2003. The prices went up because every car needs to be tested on a dyno. What's even worse is most, if not all shops don't even offer a refund anymore should your car fail the test.

i got my last smog in December on the dyno and still paid 29.95 plus cert. came to about 39.95 or so.

Well damn. in the peninsula average price is 50-70 bucks plus certificate. And this IS a test only center(we can also certify gross polluters), we charge 79.95 for test only smogs (to the public). If you find a place to do it for less by all means go there, just trying to help out cause all the smogs are so expensive around us.
