s14 with RB20DET
Starts up ok, no cold start though
will idle mint for a while when warm it misses even at idle and if i blip the throttle it dies after revving. unplug idle valve and it dies

cannot drive it reliably whatsoever

it will drive fine for a minute then misfire then hit boost and be fine in boost then off boost miss again. then it might be fine off boost.

it ALWAYS starts missing when warm no matter what settings timing fuel pressure etc i try.

plugs were new about 3 weeks ago wasted spark setup brand new coil and leads

ideas pleeeeease, had it running for 2 months and cannot drive it properly still. i just want to drive this car for one whole day not 10 mins then have to look for other possible causes

Build a boost leak tester and test your intercooler pipes. Then check your MAF tube maybe it has a hole after the maf. The cold start might need the signal to the S14 F5 plug to the RB20 ECU.

With it acting up when warm, might have something to do with the ECU water temp sensor being bad.
