i just put a new 62 ecu in my 240 redtop. everything is workin great now EXCEPT:
pin 38 which is an ECCS power pin is showing hot before the relay is triggered. this seemed odd to me, as it should show hot AFTER the relay is triggered.

please locate pin 38 on your 62 ECU and see if it is getting power when the ECCS relay is removed.
Another way to check is by pulling the relay out and touching each of the contacts with an electrical tester. one contact should be ground, and two should be hot, and one should be dead.
(what is happening in my case is the one that should be dead is showing hot.)

please try this for me, and tell me what your RUNNING sr is doing.
