it literally just sits between the water neck and the block, and since you make gaskets (or you can buy two new ones, i guess) there won't be a leak. As supposed to the hose adapter, which there might be but a pretty low chance. Nisport sells adapters so you can put two sensors into one bung, but i don't recommend this since it's just another spot that can develop air pockets

QUESTION: i currently have an s14 with 18x9.5 +12 and 18x10.5 +15 (basically perfectly flushed). But now i kinda want 20mm front fenders and 40-50mm rearovers. what offsets would i need in order for the wheels to be flush with the new setup? Thanks

Is rolling a fender completely FLAT necessary? Currently, my rear fenders are rolled, but they are not flat... The tire will be close to the fender so I'm wondering if it'll end up rubbing just because it's not rolled flat. Can't test fit it at the moment to see so I can only ask and speculate.
From my assumptions, as the wheel goes up, the wheel cambers in... and if it rubs, it'll rub on the fender area above where the fender lip is?

you can remove the gas cover and check yourself or you can follow the lines from under the car, but i'm pretty sure the right side line is feed, and the left side is return (in the picture) then you can just find out by looking at the fuel lines from the bay, return is behind the rail and feed is with the filter on it if you decide to remover the cover, you need to buy a new o-ring, which is like 5$

Anyone on here running PBM sub frame risers on their s13? i was aware of increased diff noises and of course the rougher ride but then i get a winding noise from my diff at higher speeds especially on the freeway once i hit 70 it was pretty high pitched & just wondering because the sub frame is raise 1/2 inch did that upset the balance of the diff therefore wearing out the ring gear & pinion gear out or am i just trippin?
Also would it be safe to say that to correct this i can run a 1/2 inch spacer on the carrier bolts on the diff to lower the font of it to even out the load on the pinion gear? |

replace the tank
i was asking about the labor costs, i need to take my car to a shop to replace my gas tank because of the leak so i wanted to know if anybody who frequents this thread has had to go through this since it is quite a common problem with the s14 and what sort of costs can be expected? if anyone knows...?
