ya, your beest bet is to put the battery in the  trunck., my suggestion is that u also put a power post in the area the battery was also because u might run into problems if u ever need to check the timing with a timing light and if u ever need a jump start, it will be easier

i have a orbital 4 pole battery on my s13
i was wondering if i need a slim battery in order to fit the i/c piping

To put it simply YES.  The ic piping goes right through where the battery is or you can relocate the battery to the trunk.  Its up to you.  Smaller battery is easier Same battery in trunk is cheaper

They're called battery relocation kits. Available for $50-$90.
