Nah but your stock toe arm should be able to max out and be able to zero out even if you are really slammed.
Mainly I would suggest getting an adjustable aftermarket RUCA so you can pull back some camber.
And get a new alignment guy, that's a pretty absurd statement, not sure where he came up with the $1000 figure. I mean I guess if you bought all aftermarket arms (and I mean ALL) + got it aligned (labor), it would cost that much.
If he can't get you zero toe and 1.5-2 degrees camber with an aftermarket RUCA + stock toe rod running 17x9+25s, I'm not sure what to tell you.
