I mean I guess if you bought all aftermarket arms (and I mean ALL) + got it aligned (labor), it would cost that much. If he can't get you zero toe and 1.5-2 degrees camber with an aftermarket RUCA + stock toe rod running 17x9+25s, I'm not sure what to tell you.
