What I posted is Nissan's 20min SRT code set. If you are in the ideal zones and follow both patterns the computer should meet all it's criteria to set all the SRT's.
If you have one that is a stickler I can tell you what exactly it needs. But, typing out all of them is a PITA.
If you can beg/borrow/steal a consult you can put it on the SRT screen and watch them lock in. Some scan tools that do emissions can too. Mine is annoying and you have to restart the tool to get it to re-query the emissions.
