Thanks for the responses. I was considering getting a wastegate flange welded to my stock manifold, however I have heard welding steel to cast iron is prone to cracking. The turbo I will be running is an externally gated HX35. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a manifold, as I plan on doing a different engine conversion in the near future. I have access to professionall welding at work, so bracing should not be a problem. I also have an HKS cast manifold, however it is a T4 flange, which leaves me with little choices to fit a turbo in that small space. I wish there was a decent manifold available at a reasonable price......
