Better than the real shiznit in Japan?!?! We had this Tonkotsu Ramen place in Okinawa called Tondou Ramen. I fucking love that place. Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen with Chashu, mushroom, seaweed and softboiled egg. Drop in some more spice and add some fresh crushed seasoned garlic in soy sauce and mirin. When you finish the noodle, you can get another ball of ramen (kaidama) for $1.50.
