Shave or no shave?
Just got a S14 Kouki JDM front bumper....hmmmm....was just wondering if i should shave the license plate rectangular piece off before I paint it. I've heard people doing this but only problem is that SoCal cops require your front license =\...anyone else have ideas?
(BTW..off subject but if anyone has S14 JDM fogs LMK!  )Thanks Chris |
