Question s14,s15, skyline ect. interior that will fit on an s13 fastback

i was just wondering what s14 interior can u use on a hatch. or is it even possible. i was looking at some 97 sun visors, glove box, and seat belts. i got a good deal on them and i was just wondering if they would fit, or any other stuff like rear seats and other stuff like from an s15 or skyline shit. anything that someone has fitted in their s13.

way to not be helpful LB Motoring hahaha

s14 dash i know you can put in s13, some stuff is kinda off but 10 footer for sure

s13/s14/s15 seat bolts all the same, interchangeable

s14 belts into s13's no sweat, gets rid of stupid auto belts

s14 rear seats don't bolt into a s13 hatch, thats for damn sure (i tried once it was way off and a waste of time)

if u can find cheap S14 interiors, i would probably suggest just selling them to other s14 owners who lack clean or interiors at all

then take that money and do something useful on your s13 with it

So in summary, things of value from S14 interior:

S14 seats
S14 seat belts
S14 dash (gold to other S14 owners)
S14 rear seats
S14 radio trim (if you can take it off without cracking it)
S14 shift boot bezel (same as above)

That's all I can think of that has a lot (relatively) of value

heh, you have now. It was not easy. Its not for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of work and to be honest I would say its not something I would consider doing again. Though it looks fucking dope and yes my gauges are functional. Please do not P.M. me about doing it though. Your on your own there. This is one thing that the advice I would give is DON'T!

It takes some work, but you can make them fit with an afternoon or two of work. I installed the rear seats in my hatch, and it defiently adds to the effect and looks much better matching the front seats. There are a few flaws in doing it, those being that there are gaps on either side of the bottom of the upper seat...and the other is that the upper seat sticks out kinda far, and looks a little odd, but doesnt effect comfort. I havent completed finished the install as there are a couple more things i want to do, but here is the link to the write up I followed.

http://frozencore.net/ab/

You can see the gaps and kind of see how it sticks out a bit.

Ive decided to do a few for things after following the write up. Because the back seat is different in the S13 & S14, there is less padding underneath, and the seats sink down and arent too comfortable right now, so I will be adding some extra foam and support underneath, then bolting them down. I also want to keep me interior intact and clean looking, so I will also be making the rear mat attach to the new upper seat.

ok so i figure out the size of the S13 and S15 are actually different... so u really cut down some dash and make ur custom bracket? im not gonna ask any further question...for now

Damn...why doesnt anyone take pics showing how it lines up at the doors???...lol. That is the one thing i want to see about the dash, and I havent been able to find a pic. It looks so much cleaner than the S13 dash, plus I wouldnt mind converting my whole interior if its not too rediculous.

ive seen some skyline dashes in silvias , since theyre both RHD, but they had pretty big gaps between dash and door. sorry i dont have more details on which models, i believe it was a R33 into a S13, but cant say for sure. youd have to search for that one hehe.

Another way to do the rear seat is to just stretch the S14 fabric over the S13 foam cushion. It's not perfect but you eliminate the gap issues by using the S13 frame.

The door and window panels will go on with a little creative cutting, door panel line even matches up with the dash nicely. Try and get ahold of a dremel if u don't already have one, makes it 1000x easier.

No they don't the thread you're probably talking about isn't an actual 350z seat. It's a s14 seat that was re-cussioned to put the center piece in on the bottom cushion like the 350z. It's my buddy's car trust me i seen it first hand cause we orignally tried to bolt in the 350z seats. Here's a pic.
