![]() Looking for some help. I'm running a old set of staggered volk gtu 16x7 16x8 +35 all around on stock fenders. Was looking throught the wheel fitment thread and most are running 17in+ wheeks so i was wondering what would be a good spacer n tire setup that would give my 16in wheels a good/semi decent stance with a slight strech. Coilovers are tein super drift so bringing it down wont be a problem but just looking for a bit of guidance from those who know a bit more than i do. Much apreciated and thanks in advance!

yeah... common sense and a basic comprehension of math and/or basic physics would have worked wonders here. It's not the diameter of the wheel that necessarily puts you at a disadvantage, but the width and offset. a 7" front isn't adequate for a good "stretch" and 8" is only marginally better. For flush you'd need more spacing than it's worth. Just enjoy what you've got until you can get something better I guess and try to keep from starting threads like this when the answer is readily available if you use your head.

...and this. Next time, refer to the wheel fitment thread. In there, you'll see what fits...and what doesn't fit. ![]() |
