Differential questions

I'm currently in the market for some drivetrain changes one both my na->TT swap z32 as well as my stock s13 (89-90) hatch.

Keep in mind I have a good cheap source for used z32 parts. much more so than other cars like the q45.

I believe the diff in the z is wearing out and humming/whining and I also want a taller gear ratio. SO, I'm curious to know if the internals in the na and tt diffs can be changed out. for example the ring and pinion gears. If so I may be able to get a used tt diff and use its parts to rebuild my existing diff to be in better condition and with the ratio I want. If not, anyone got some other solutions that would be somewhat affordable? Im not looking to get a $1000 diff here.

For the s13, I just CANT STAND the open diff lol Im used to my z32's lsd that ive played with for years. also I want to have a 5 lug conversion for the s13 too so I like the idea of teh q45 diff and axle/hub swap but again, I dont have any idea where to get one. I'm not really planning on building the s13 for huge power so im not worried about breaking axles so id be interested in anything that gets an lsd in that thing that has compatability with easy to find 5 lug hubs of some sort.

Any and all information/specs/links/sources/solutions about all the nissan diffs are welcome and apreciated
