s13 Urgent help w/ clutch problem!

Hi! I Have a 91 240sx completely stock. one day while i was driving home, the clutch pedal wont go back up after I step on it. so I tow it home, and start searchin for problems that can cause that, I found lotz of info regardin the clutch slave cylinder can go bad, so instead of just buyin the slave cylinder, I bought the clutch slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, and a dampener bypass line from PDM.......I started w/ clutch slave first, coz i need to the car tm mornin to work......after i installed the clutch cylinder, when i tried to bleed the system, the pedal feels better, but after like 300ml of brake fluid, it wont go back up again, so i go back under the car n check what I have done. The new clutch slave is leakin brake fluid from the rubber boot, is that normal or I have done sth wrong here???? i didnt lube it or anythin, i just put the slave cylinder on, thatz it.........am i suppose to put some kind of lube to kind of seals that little cylinder?? and also, the metal plate that connects the clutch slave cylinder n the tranny was loose when i took my old clutch slave cylinder out, is that normal??? or sth broke inside???

The metal piece circled in red is the loose piece i am talkin about, am I fu*ked my car up bad here???

I am sorry los_inc, thatz the best picture I found on the forum that i can best describe wat i am doin.....

any suggestion would help, as i am in the middle of fixin my car now..... i still have 10hrs time to fix my car b4 i need to use it for work....... so please......

Thanks in advanced!!
