So I was trying to drop the subfram and both subframe Nuts the last two needed to be removed stripped so badly they're round!!! What on earth do i do!? I was thinking of getting a dremel and trying to slive them off but Im affried I might warp the bolts.

vicegrips, weld somthing to them to break them loose or cut them off
(heat is you freind for removing stuck nuts....)

That didnt help at all ^ those are for bolts not for nuts.

Get a rounded nut remover set. The deep socket kind.

Go to sears. They have a stripped bolt socket set. Does wonders. Use heat.

Happen to my subframe, I had Blackwood motorsports do my subframe bushing replacement. They ended up cutting the top plate of the subframe. Welding a new nut and welding the plate back on.

+1 these things do wonders, use a propane torch to evenly heat the nut and give it a go...has saved my ass more than once.

I've used the exact kit too.

For stubborn nuts, I heated the nut with out applying direct heat to the stud as best I could. Then i tapped on the extractor and used a breaker bar. You can also try hammering on a smaller socket.

I also soaked the nut with pb blaster through out the day, the day before.

use the next smaller socket forced in with a hammer. U will make a new square on that nut and the impacts will help break it loose a little. An impact wrench is of great help when doing this. gl

That's what i did when i stripped the 12mm nut on the struts, just got a 6 point 11mm socket and hammered it in. Worked perfect

This happened to me when I was in the process of dropping my subframe to change the bushings and diff bushings.
Only the driver side front nut wasn't coming off and then one more turn with the ratchet and the bolt snapped on me.
What I did was cut the remainder of the bolt off, and sand the surface till you wont notice there was a bolt there. Then measured the passenger front subframe bolt and made one with the same threading on a CNC machine at work, made out of grade 10 steel and hardened. Made a rectangular plate in similar size to the frame rail, welded the bolt to the plate. After all the bushings were in and it was ready to go up, I inserted the bolt in the bushing and lined up the subframe, then welded the rectangular plate to the frame rail and your done.
Hope this helps, its always good to have a friend who welds lol.
