B&M Shifter story

ok so ill make it short and sweet.

the spring and retainer/washer thingy fell out of the bottom of my trunk. i called B&M and asked if they had those items for sale.
the guy askd me for my address and told me he would ship them out to me the following monday. within a week i got 2 springs 2 metal washer things, and the 2 retaining clips.

free.


i also had asked him about the 4 bolts that hold the shifter together, and he said he would ship those too. but i didnt get them unfortunately.

but shit, the postage was .76 cents. im not gonna complain. at all. just thought i would share this info with everyone so you know what kinda service to expect top notch shit. the only other time ive seen service like that was with a $3000.00 machine, a thingy broke, i called them, they shipped it to me within a week.
