This is all bullshit about b&m having good customer service and replacing parts. I bought a shifter second hand that was missing one of the spring retainers and after reading this thought hey no problem ill just call the friendly guys over at b&m and get a new one for free! Far from it, at first they said the guy who knew was at lunch and would call me back... never did. I called again the following day and they said they do not replace the internal pieces to, or service their products, they will only replace the entire unit to the original owner with a receipt. BULLSHIT!

Why are you surprised that they didn't send you free stuff? You aren't their customer.
By your logic, I could buy a broken PS3 and expect Sony to send the required parts for free.

If you think that's bullshit, then you may be interested in knowing that in the absence of some serious growing up; the next 50-60 years of life are going to be particularly rough on you. Until then, please do us all a favor and DO NOT reproduce. There are too many of you in this world as it is
