Hi just like the title say is MAF from Q45 V6 worth anything and if yes how much hp it capable of?????

there is a v6 Q45?

I could be wrong on this buy early ones are 4.5L later ones are 4.1L and all are V8s.

Except that you have no idea what you're talking about. The J30 uses the exact same MAF as the Z32. Same engine, remember? They both use the N62.

The M30 uses the N60 MAF, which is still good for 320 or so WHP.

The Q45 MAF is fine for really high power numbers, but since it's so huge it's hard to tune on a light build.

J30 as Russ said, is same as Z32
