i did connect the resistor at the front of the head but since there is no continuity it didn't do anything.

i checked the voltage at the ecu it's 4.8
i turned the car on it stayed at 4.8 no voltage at harness connector, harness disconnected. i'll be getting a shielded wire at home depot. went to depot no shielded wire. i got regular electric wire. snipped harness connector. ran wire from ecu,another one from (-) battery to harness connector. connected connector to subharness. got code 55.
