Any tricks for geting the engine mounts to line up???

Ok guys any tricks for getting the engine mounts to line up? Should I drop the engine in with the mounts on the engine or the mounts on the chassis still? Im thinking its easier to mount it with the mounts still on the engine but I could be wrong....

I usually put the mounts on the motor and drop in. Work since the first day I did a swap, worked two weeks ago too.

I usually put the driver side mount on the motor and leave the passenger side off. Once you get it in. Lift up the passenger side of the motor and put that motor mount in. That way usually works best for me. With my way you don't have to worry too much about stripping the studs on the mount and it's faster in my opinion. I've never used a leveler so maybe it is easy with that but without it, I've always had trouble getting both in at the same time.
