Got everything mounted...doesn't look the best, but is functional for me. SR swap hopefully within a month or so, so I will actually be able to use them

Yes, I do like it. The gauges mounted up top above the steering wheel (Boost and Oil Pressure) I felt were more important to keep my eye on. But the other three along the shifter/passenger area (Oil Temp, Water Temp, Air/Fuel) I didn't want all up in my face on the dash (although functional) and didn't want to fill my dash with holes to run the wires.
As far as passengers go, my roommate complains slightly that they get in the way, but I sat in the seat myself and personally have no problem with how they are mounted. Yes, it does take away from letting the passenger lean their knee on that area, but there is still plenty of space for someone to fit comfortably. As far as I'm concerned, having the gauges where I want them and where I can comfortably see them is more important than how comfortable my passenger is haha. So yes, I do like how it is set up, since all I have to do is glance down for a second to check them and they aren't all bright in my face. As long as you keep the passenger seat fairly far back, I'm sure you'll have no problem with that as well. Hope this helped. P.S. I'll post better pictures once it stop raining and I get a chance to get outside. I also need to re-ground the air/fuel gauge haha. |

Installed my new tach on the right there today. Can't seem to find the right tach signal wire though so it's just sitting there right now. Would have put it in the ATI steering column pod but it was 60mm instead of 52mm like I thought.

http://www.zilvia.net/f/showpost.php...1&postcount=58 This post shows which ones I used. I get good, even illumination out of them, but they could be a bit brighter. I'm thinking about ordering some white ones, as the data sheet shows them as being brighter than the blue ones. I've also seen some that don't have any lens on them at all (not even the bullet-shaped one on most LEDs), just a bare diode on a bulb base. Don't remember where they are from, but I saw them on hidplanet.
