Pho, you cant go wrong with it after a long night of drinking. Until I find an authentic Tonkotsu Ramen anywhere in the US, Pho is on top of my noodle soup list.

And for everybody who keeps saying brown sauce...its fucking Hoisin Sauce!!!

Umaido, north of Atlanta is the best Ramen I've had. My experience is go to a dedicated noodle place, no sushi.
