You need special S15 bolts to bolt the HLSD to a standard ring gear.
Did he send you those bolts? Different from S13 and S14's. That have a visible hump on them. https://frsport.com/nismo-38102-rs50...saAq5ZEALw_wcB Also would change your input and output shaft bearings while you at it.
