Now they are. After the tax cuts hit, about 10 months later. They decided for the first time in the history of the company to allow parents to get 30 days paid leave.
Our health costs are still shit. I pay hundreds of dollars a month for my fam with a 3k deductible. That is the "low cost" plan. The high cost plan still has a 1k deductible.
