No if you want an american motor buy and american car. its MY OPINION that when you put a v8 in an import car your dumb. and if you think im ignorant ok.</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>
We all have opinions. The important thing to realize is that others don't really give a shit about yer opinions, and can think differenty from you. If you like it, post a thumbs up. If you don't, why post at all? It's not like he is asking for your opinion. He just gives you information.</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>
First off all, if you read tater's post, he IS asking for feedback on the car. &nbsp;Yes, I realize that Itsuki's manner of posting his opinion wasn't the most tactful, but no need to bicker over something like this. &nbsp; If you want to complain to someone, please PM them.

And Tater...to answer your question about posting pics in the forum, look at my reply to when you posted a thread asking how to post pictures. &nbsp; Here it is in brief:

First you need to host the picture online...if you've got webspace, just upload your pics. &nbsp; If you don't, just sign up for something like a Geocities free homepage.

Second, when you are typing in your post to a thread, just click the "Image" button above the window you are typing in and type in the URL of the picture file. &nbsp; If you are still having trouble PM me.

Okay so I don't know jack about american engines, especially not 302s, 347s and 350s. &nbsp; That said, I'm curious as to which domestic engines are as finely tuned and as "work-of-art"-y as a 13/20b(t), SR20, CA18, B16, B18C(5), RB26, 2JZ, 1JZ, 4AG or _any_ BMW engine. &nbsp; Please enlighten me!

Probably none, by your definition. &nbsp; The beauty of it is, they don't have to be. &nbsp;Much more power, much less money, who gives a crap?

Of course if you cared to look into it, you'd find the current generation of V8 powerplants every bit as impressive as anything from Germany or Japan. &nbsp;Check out the LS1/LS6, Northstar, Chrysler 4.7 SOHC and 5.7 Hemi, and the Ford modular series 4.6 and 5.4. &nbsp; There's some amazing engineering there.

Nice, but Ford motors and/or domestics are not really my thing. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

Very nice.

What are you using for engine management?

Someone told me that the 350 is the engine with the most aftermarked parts for it.

The Lingenfelter Vette (Twin Turbo Corvette, i think they made it 7.0 Liters) did win some Car And Driver thing, against an FD, CLK something or other, and some other cars, but this was a while ago.

One of my friends (domestic guy) put it best, whatever you can do to an import, you can do to a domestic, and vice cersa, it might take more money to do something to a certain car, but you can still do it.

Although I still think Germany has the best overall cars <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> .

True, well- not just the 350 but the whole smallblock chevy lineup
The ford smallblocks (289, 302("5.0"), and 351W) are a close second
I'm a long-time ford person, but bought a 95 240SX SE back in may, and now i'm playing both games

Tater- that is an awesome ride, the wonderful ford V8 power, and the 240's legendary handling... &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
