Yeah i agree. You need to post some pictures or give us more details. Like the mods to the engine. What type of tranny are you using? What kind of rear end?

What he said.

I'm not saying that it can't be done, but its just odd that someone just pops out of nowhere with a car like this. Get some pics, I know you have the money for a camera <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

That was the most ignorant statement i've heard in a while

Yeah, i'd say sounds kinda made up a bit. My friends 355 puts out 400hp at the crank. To make a 347 put out 560hp at the wheels - implies 600hp+ at the crank, would require some major $$$ and if u had them u prolly won't be working on a 90's 240 ( side note: 600hp that's what a 383 would put out decently tuned). But great car if it is actually putting out those numbers <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

We all have opinions. The important thing to realize is that others don't really give a shit about yer opinions, and can think differenty from you. If you like it, post a thumbs up. If you don't, why post at all? It's not like he is asking for your opinion. He just gives you information.

Very very nice. Definitely need more details, some close up pics of that. What made you decide on that particular engine? How long has this car been in the making? We're all pretty damn impressed, man! :-)

and. . .

</span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">No if you want an american motor buy and american car. its MY OPINION that when you put a v8 in an import car your dumb. and if you think im ignorant ok. </td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>

You are more than welcome to your opinion, and more than welcome to voice it. That's what these forums are for. But, what makes you ignorant is you seem to feel your opinion is more valuable than ours. Feeling it's just not kosher to put a motor from one region into a car from another is all fine and dandy, calling people who do it dumb is not.

I'm impressed. Could you tell us a little more about it and have you dynoed it yet? Also, any idea how the swap affected the weight balance? It looks like it sits really low. Very cool <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Sorry for the doubt, but nice car, give more info, its not everyday we come across something like this.

And about the whole domestic engine, in an import thing. Who gives a crap about all that stuff, I used to be all anti-domestics, but when you open your eyes you realize that it is just a stupid war. I just wish everyone would love the cars for being cars, I mean they all get you from point a to point b (some faster than others, but still do the job)

interesting thing is asad on FA did some calc's on this, and that motor with aluminum parts is actually almost the identical weight of the KA24DE. &nbsp; The tranny is heavier, but that is behind the front wheels, and closer to the center of the car, so it makes less difference. &nbsp;Essentially this car should handle almost if not just as good as the 240 with a KA in it.

What kind of mods do you have on the engine tater? &nbsp; We are foaming at the mouth for info here man!!
