to get to reverse in my mazdaspeed3 you have to push down and put it where first usually is. it took forever to get used to it.

They are luxury for sure. I drove a 2.2 and a 2.0 model and I tell you.... WTF are the japanese guys doing to it to make it fast, cause it ain't. I can tell it CAN handle well but out of the box its ok. But yah like I said, you have to do so much to it to make it fast and handle like 350z and stuff.

For those who think the s2000 lacks power, there is always a ls1 swap. There no kit out, only ppl who DIY; Check out ls1tech.

I like S2000s. I'd rock one if I could afford it.

It takes a bit of effort getting in and out but once inside, it's comfy.

Went for a ride in one, feels like a go kart.

the STi is the same way with the ring.

vw's and audi keep their reverse next to first.

alot of japanese cars with 6 gears keep theirs next to 6th gear.

Well i drove a new s2000 cr for a week switching off with my 240, and the thing handles beautifully tires are sticky and it sounds cool, but has NO power, i mean u have to ping off the revlimiter to get anywhere. A sr20 with boltons on stock boost feels much stronger than an s2000, looks wize its hot but pretty embarrassing when my 240 is significantly more powerful.
