I'd rather the spokes of the KFs have some color, but fitment is what I was refering to...

well personally I think the works burning gold vs-xx would have looked better with about 10mm less offset both front and rear, but it's not my car... the hardtop is amazing and I'm glad an s2k owner is attempting aggressive fitment... he may have overdone it and needs both front and rear pull, but at least he's trying.

the guys that pioneered that swap down in florida are now in jail so I've heard.... they really dicked some people hard... from what I understand mainstream performance in atlanta has picked up where they left off however...

Out of all the cars I've owned (an 2005) and driven, the S2000 is probably the only one I didn't really complain about. It's a perfect daily car, looks good, and has nice power.

so maybe this is common knowledge but i have no clue so ill ask....when you get a hard top does that mean they totally remove your soft top? cause the way the weather changes in MA that might not be a great idea lol

^^ no I know that, im saying if you get a hard top does that mean they remove the soft top and all the mechanics that operate it to fit the hard top in? or does it fit right over it, so if you remove your hard top your soft top will still work

from what I remember you just take it out or leave it down. s2k's are sicks cars, I considered them but the insurance is to expensive and two seats is inconvenient right now for a dd for me.

the soft top is lowered and put in the 'top down' position with the cover installed over the top and then the hard top is put on the car so that the soft top is enclosed under the hard top with the rest of the passenger compartment |

S2ks are nice and all. I had one, but missed my 240 and hated the insurance payments on it (most expensive non-luxury car to insure) You'll miss the torque and if you're gonna get one I recommend the AP1. 9k ftw and the AP2 feels sluggish for no reason.
Also a hardtop is a must, I was about to get the amuse hardtop myself. And get an SC if you looking to regain some of that torque. |

you lower the soft top and the hardtop goes right over it. it stays on with catchers/strikers. the hardtop is removeable whenever u wanna put ur soft top back up (i.e nice sunny days) you just gotta fine space to store it
