Those are aftermarket eBay headlights...like the kind andysport or whatever's sells. They are for a 06ish to '10 Honda civic. Case closed.

Thanks to a friend from japan on facebook, we have solved the mystery of the headlights.

They are in fact Infiniti FX45 headlamps

I was sure it was a fx but when i looked at the lights i didnt see it for some reason so i passed it over.
