Saints vs Vikings...one kicker that didnt fucking choke. I bet Favre wont be back next year, he blew this one for them.
And with that said...Looks like INDY's gonna win the Superbowl... |

Saints D were just brutal on Farve, some of those hits were cheap shots. It's ironic that Farve's last throw was an interception just like his last throw with the Packers was an interception. He could have ran the ball to get some yards, but who knows if the kicker would have made it from so far. The amount of fumbles by the Vikings were horrid, especially in the red zone. I'm happy that the Saints won and I was looking forward to seeing Saints vs. Colts after week 8.
Jets vs Colts was actually not that bad of a game, Sanchez wasn't all that bad this time around. Once Manning figured out the Jets D in the second half, he started picking them apart. Collie and Garcon definitively stepped it up. I'm a Colts fan, so I'm rooting for the Colts to win it all.

This game can hardly be put on Favre's back, The lack of pass protection and the constant lack of ball handling truly killed them. Sure he threw 2 INT's but if those were the only two turnovers they could have easily put up 2 more field goals and even a touchdown possibly. If the blame falls anywhere it's squarely on the shoulders of the Vikings WR's and HB's.
He made the big throws and kept them alive, they had that game in hand if you look at the stats. The only place they lost the game was in TO's, with that said we all know if you turn the ball over in the play-offs you lose. I'm sad for #4.

Fuck. My Vikings lost. Favre really should have just slid and called the TO for the game-winning FG.
I don't like the Colts, so I'm rooting for Reggie Kardashian and the Saints. |

What a game! I was really hoping they'd pull it out, but the Vikings definitely beat themselves with so many fumbles. Favre's interception at the end sucked, but this game wouldn't have been close if those red zone fumbles were touchdowns or field goals. Pass protection was bad, but like someone said, a lot of the hits on Favre were cheap shots. And thats not cool. The whole game i kept hoping Brees would get his clock cleaned in retaliation by the Vikings D line, but it never happened...
Rant in 5 4 3 2 1 Regardless, i can't stand the saints anyway. "America's team"....my ass. Katrina was in 2000 EFFING 5. STFU. San Diego (America's finest city, i might add) was literally ON FIRE for over a month but you dont see us harping on that same shit. And FYI, our stadium outreach to the victims of the fires was LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than what happened in New Orleans. Those fools didnt even turn the water or a/c on for days at a time. but oh no, they've gone through sooooo much adversity? Who? The players? Ummm no. Those fools were sitting in their mansions comfortably watching tv saying "damn that shit sucks" like the rest of America. Yeah Katrina happened. We know. But having a natural disaster in your city doesn't make you any more deserving of a Superbowl trophy than the next city. And acting like it does just pisses me off to no end. If any team "deserved" to win a superbowl because of hardship its the Bengals. That TEAM actually had real adversity to overcome. The saints? Please. Enough with Oprah sob story. STFU. I hope they get destroyed by the Colts. Ah that feels better. LOL |

The game will be a high scoring match between two of the top rated offenses in the NFL. (Maybe not as exciting as the NFC wildcard game between the Cardinals and the Packers, but it should still be great.)

Well, since their is no LA football team, I watch mainly for certain players. I like Favre and Sanchez, but they failed me yesterday! Would have been great to see Veteran vs Rookie.

![]() Let's have us a badass, slinglsang, high scoring Super Bowl!! Special thanks to Brett Favre and the fumblin' Vikings. I really want the Saints to win but I wouldn't mind if the Colts won (BUT still lets go Saints!)... |

as well was the vikings/saints game last night where brett favre choked. just like the packers/cardinals game where the cards missed that FG i was like "damn, we're done" (i'm a packers/saints fan) then WHOA, holy choke batman. coincidentally, brett favre choked twice during NFC championships. both last throws, and both interceptions.

I don't feel like reading this whole thing, but that pass interference call against the Vikings was a load of shit. That ball was beyond uncatchable, and put them in field goal range

Funny thing is, If good ol' gunslinger Favre doesn't force that pass, the Vikings had one hell of a chance to win.
Blame Brett, not the Refs.

At one point i thought the vikings had some serious luck on their side and would win. When peterson fumbled and had 4 saints ahead of him and still got the ball back. Then again he is fast as fuck.

dude im sorry but niether team deserved to win that game.
The Vikings gave up waaay to many turnovers, and the Saint didnt capitalize on any of them. Me and my dad are niners fans and they are in the same boat. if you cant put the fucking game away when its practically given to you then you dont deserve to win. Go Colts.

LOL not even! Brees was hardly that good when he was in SD. The ONLY year he was good was the year his contract expired and even then he wasn't half of what he is now. If he was the player he is now back then, he'd still be wearing a chargers jersey. Fact is, he wasn't. I'm quite happy with Rivers though. He's an excellent quarterback. Statistically, he's one of the best in the league. Problem is, he's got a ridiculously immature team around him.
And for the record, America has, without a doubt, THE largest bandwagon i have ever seen. |
