Political views are simle when you break it down (simple majority of the party).

Democrats are the children who want everyone to be happy by evening the playing-field so that there are no winners or losersl they believe that everyone should pitch in so their joint-team-school project should earn them a good grade just for being on the team though they may exhert minimal effort. they also detest "growing up".

Republicans are the parents that say "Some day you will see the light when you mature to our age".

Libs are the creepy kid in the corner of class who no one knows and was held back a couple of grades. He is somewhat responsible, but in the end he is just a dreamer who tries to make eveyone happy. he is 20 years old... but still in highschool... and wears a hemp necklace with a cross attached to it.

Wow can't believe I got denied for food stamps. What a sham! What kind of atheist muslim socialist is this guy? If I could find a job that only paid me $250 a week though, BOY I could get $107 a month! Man I could afford to eat like a king! Ooooo!!! Look Obama didn't start food stamps, or disability, or social security, or the so called Obamaphone(dumbass people call it that because it's catchy but the program has been around for over 20 years and was started by the telecoms). The food stamp programs were expanded because of the high unemployment brought on by the financial collapse (i.e. unregulated greedy irresponsible bankers). Plus food stamps, guess what, every single penny gets spent, which does this thing called adding to the economy as opposed to sitting in someone's blind trust.

The economy is turning around whether you choose to believe it or not. Not everyone wants a handout, but want to be able to earn a living wage. The disparity between the wealthy and the poor has never been higher since the 20s. And when people say don't tax the rich because then they won't invest in companies, I say bullshit. They don't do it now and it won't make a difference if they have to pay a little more in the short term to get the country's debt under control. When there is $40 million out of state dollars spent on a fucking Senate race in Ohio someone obviously has their priorities all fucked up. CEO's have been fucking over the middle class for decades and have profited handily from it and still feel entitled. Mitt Romney represented this in every regard which is why he lost. And it's not like Obama pointed out something that wasn't true because all of the Republican primary candidates were saying the same thing.

And this healthcare debate is really fucking annoying. Everyone says "oh no their gonna make me get health insurance" Well guess what you also have to get car insurance and if you want to buy a house it's a pretty good idea to get some home insurance. I don't want to pay for your healthcare when you have treated your body like a sewer and then decide to go to the hospital. And god forbid you get some disease like leukemia, cancer, or become paralyzed for life and you don't have health insurance. Then I have to pay for your bills. And trust me your medical bills are a fuck-ton higher than someone food stamps.

From today's conference meeting, he didn't answer anything about giving citizenship to current illegals. Too bad for those people who voted Obama just most of that reason.

I just heard health insurance cost gone up significantly for business due to Obama Care and small businesses will cut hours to their employees to keep them "part time" so they won't have to pay for their health insurance.

Obama said no tax raise on middle class income people. What do you call this "fine" when you don't have insurance? wouldn't that be equal to another TAX for citizens?

I do not support Obama care. it should be citizens choice rather to have health insurance or not. It should not be forced to have by government.

Look at Canada. it takes forever to see doctor when you are sick.
Tons of Canadians come to US to see doctor and pay cash for it.

I disagree with many aspects of Obamas jobs bill but it does exist, he did mention it in his answer and its just willfull ignorance on your part to say he didn't.

Well let us think about what the colonial powers did in the middle east/Africa:
-Sold people
-Put ethnic minorities in power and/or created false racial/ethnic boundaries in place (Hutu/Tutsi in Rwanda come to mind)
-Put political boundaries in place without thinking about the consequences
-Wouldn't leave the continent without bloodshed or destroying the infrastructure in place
-Did things without consulting locals/people who knew anything about the reason, I forget what country this was in (iirc it was a British colony) the colonial ruler tried to plant ground nuts and the environment was wrong for them in every way and once fertile lands were ruined within five or so years.

Do you really think the President can change the economy? This isn't Belarus, as much as conservatives want to talk about the communization/socialization of the economy, the economy is still wide open compared to many states. The gov't doesn't have control, ask any economist, any real economist it doesn't matter if you invest $1T or $1, a free market economy is a free market economy.
