birdman didn't get ejected because tyler didn't fall to the ground. You only get a T for shoving like that.

In other words, Tyler needed to flop.

That does not necessarily mean that LeBron has a higher basketball IQ. It means he is an actress who recognizes the value of theatrics. He could make a wonderful career for himself in the WWE with that shit.

So let me get this straight, you're basing your whole argument that the refs are siding with the Heat on the fact that Birdman didn't get ejected? Really a guy that plays 15mins a game and is being dismantled in the middle by Hibbert? And you completely ignore the fact that the Pacers are getting far more calls than the Heat and more importantly that Lebron was fouled out with 56sec left in game 4? Ladies and gentlemen, this is the definition of reaching for an excuse. Sir you are making the 2006 Mavs proud

On another note, part of me feels that Birdman wasn't ejected because the refs know that Tyler gets alot of extra shots on guys during plays. People call that "playing hard" But it's cheap shots. David West is guilty of this too but they call that "Veteran moves".

Pacers are way too inexperience to capitalize on the Heat's weakness in the 1st half.

But man, this is going to be a brutal but hilarious finals if the Heat think they can pull this shit against the Spurs. Pops is going to run laps around a team that thinks it can get away with playing like shit for 3 quarters and bet everything on LeBron going crazy for 1 quarter.

I couldn't agree with that more.

And looking at the Pacers, I'm not expecting much from George Hill and Lance Stephenson, but their guard play is pretty weak. Stephenson had like 1 good game this series?

The heat will be fine against the spurs. The pacers are a much more athletic team and their defense against them was good over the series. I watched the backboard view for the games and the heat was like a swarm of bees..

Spo has also drawn up some very good plays. I was actually impressed with them lol.

Very true but the Spurs' Bigs are far better than Indy's and their PG is in another planet compared to Indy. The Spurs and Heat would be a 7 game series IMO. As a Heat fan I want to agree 100% with you but as an NBA fan I can't ignore all of the Spurs' strengths. The Heat will have to out execute them to beat them and that won't happen if Ray Allen and Shane keep leaving their games in South Beach. All and all this series isn't over Indy can still win game 6 so I don't want to think about SA until Indy is done.

No, no, no, not at all. Refs by no means were as influential as you thought I made them out to be. But you've gotta admit that was bogus. He should have been ejected plain and simple. Pretty much tells the Pacers, "sorry guys, but we are literally gonna let them punk you all night." Gets in your head as a team when something like that slides.

The Pacers started off so good this game also, then they just gave it away and well Lebron pretty much took over. I'd like to see this go 7 but if the Pacers can't take advantage of leads and not fizzle out in the 3-4 then this is over next game.

Overall a great series though and both teams should be proud win or loss.

Dan Gilbert should trade that top pick for DeMarcus cousins, then have his wife, daughter and 5 select employees blow LeBron James.
Starting lineup: LeBron, Cousins, Kyrie, Dion Waiters, Bob Terwilliger--... err, Varejao, would be NUTS.
With the decline of Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh becomes #1 option on the team like he was in Toronto, except this team might make the playoffs at least once.

I mean, Miami only wins one more championship as constructed anyway, so LeBron should begin his REAL redemption story and return to Cleveland.

The funny part about this if it magically happened is that all the Cavs fans would love having LeBron back, even after he did what he did.

Most sports fans tend to be fickle, irrational, forgetful and pretty stupid. If LeBron came back to the lineup I named above, no team in the league would turn it down.
No, not even Cleveland. It'd be like that dumb bish that keeps taking back the same dude that cheats on her every 3-4 months and accepts silly-ass excuses like "well he told me he didn't cum inside her" and all will be well until he does the shit again.

lol, wtf happened in this thread?

The Heat are completely capable of beating anyone in this league. Everytime we face a slight slump or a bit of adversity everyone starts yelling the sky is falling and writing the obituary. Stating that we need this person or that person on the team, as if we didn't have enough. Yet when we win they say of course they're supposed to win with a team like that. lol, bunch of flip floppers.

We're gonna win tonight.

We're gonna win the next series.

LBJ will stay because Pat Riley is the Godfather and he is the architect of dynasties.

Pacers are taking it tonight. You will more than likely win at home.

The only way the Heat win tonight is if D-Wade's bad knee allows him to score more than 25 points or If Chris Bosh can remember that he is a better player than Roy Hibbert and actually ball. The loss of Birdman won't mean much on the defensive end because Joel Anthony is a much better on the ball defender so I expect him to do a better job on Hibbert. But I know that when he flashes inside and Lebron dumps the ball to him there is a 50% chance that he won't catch the ball. Hell Battier or Ray Allen going off tonight would mean an easy win for the Heat but these are all what if's.

Will d12 and cp3 leave their respective teams?

supposedly cp3 is mad at Donald Sterling for blaming him for Vinny Del Negro not returning as coach. LOL, even for Donald Sterling, that is such an idiotic thing to do when your star PG is a free agent.

d12 says houston and mavs will be one of the few teams he will allow to interview him. haha

Oh man this game 7 is gonna be epiiiiiiiiic.

I expect no less than 3 T's and at least a flagrant.

Can't wait!

See, the problem with this is not that we're getting fouls and T's because there is genuine animosity....no its the refs trying to create frustration to try and infuse an artificial drama. Something needed to be done to artificially close the gap in the East between the #1 and #2 spot. We lost game 2, but game 4 was the refs doing. This series would have been done and over with, but hey the Spurs sweeping the Grizzlies cost the league a lot of potential money, so this one had to go the distance. Of course the refs wont interfere with Game 7 because Stern can't allow a ratings nightmare to take place in the Finals.

Miami is also a small market team. They always have been and it hasn't changed just because Lebron came here. Markets are determined by the T.V deal your team gets. Last time I checked Miami's deal is $50-60M compare that to L.A that is 120M+ per year. However I do agree that no one wants to see a SA vs Indy finals but I will say that it would be a good one from a pure basketball point of view.

This series would have been done and over with, but hey the Spurs sweeping the Grizzlies cost the league a lot of potential money, so this one had to go the distance. Of course the refs wont interfere with Game 7 because Stern can't allow a ratings nightmare to take place in the Finals.

Please don't do that, I expect much more from you than blaming the refs. With or without bad calls the Heat win in 5 if Chris Bosh and D-Wade show up. The Heat players being frustrated has alot ore to do with them knowing that they are the better team but not showing it on the court. Personally I would love to see someone punch D-Wade in the Jaw and draw some blood. He has a history of going into beast mode and taking over when someone makes him bleed. Sadly, I just don't see his knee letting him do that. Bosh on the other hand is just useless right now.

Game 7 is going to be a great one.

i know we've had our disagreements, but seriously THANK YOU for not being one of "those" Heat fans.

My news feed is blowing up with referee curses for this loss. Its seriously out of control.

Don't get me wrong, the officiating has been COMPLETE shit for both sides, but with everybody not named Lebron James playing like the Monstars stole their basketball mojo tonight, this outcome was bound to happen. Blaming the refs is a cop out. Glad Bosh took responsibility for his shit play, but i was pretty disappointed and annoyed with Wade's responses. I can understand being salty about your knee, but blaming everyone else? C'mon, he's better than that. At least, i hope he is.

Watching the post game I heard something that left me troubled. Chris Bosh owned his bad game and his all around bad series which is great. Atleast he understands that he gets payed what he does because more is expected. Wade on the other hand had a Melo moment and just started blaming others. He claims that they have to find a better way to get him and Bosh going. Now I dunno what Wade is talking about because I saw a serious effort to get him and Bosh going in the first qtr but it was obvious that it wasn't going to happen when he was missing those layups and runners. Wade has always been the type of guy to have high basketball IQ but I think he missed the boat completely with his assessment of his lack of production.....
dwade use to be my favorite player, now he's just a snip.

he's gone full retard in the playoffs.

what i have noticed in this loss, is the fact that people no longer hate lebron james for his team loss. no one talks shit about him, as long as he's dropping his stats.

even if they lose game 7, most will say it's due to other players not playing their role.

I'm not talking about Game 6. I'm talking about Game 4 and the refs influencing the outcome of that game, not that we lost because of them. 128 playoff games without LBJ fouling out. Numbers don't lie. The calls and no calls are horrid both ways. I'm not blaming the refs for making this series go long, that was our fault for Game 2. I do blame them for trying to create artificial drama, that's something different.

Not sure what's going on here...

Wade needs to call Kobe and get the number to his doctor, then schedule a trip to Germany this summer.
Last year it was one knee, now its the other. Nothing new with D-Wade. Some injuries are worst than others. Offseason surgery part IV.

Really? I mean, REALLY?! I'm all for equality and what not, but seriously, come THE FUCK on. Everything is offensive and everyone is sooooo oversensitive to this sorta stuff now...its just gotten ri-goddam-diculous.
Its homophobic. People in the public eye should know you can't say things you would around "your boys" and in closed quarters.

Okay, now you're both Brolo'ing me...
D-Wade is on the downslide and the only people not acknowledging it are the Heat fans who have actually bothered with talking about basketball today and Dwyane Wade himself.
Last night after the game was like this:
Bosh: "I admit that my daydreaming of my forthcoming Aruba vacation with Jason Collins has me neglecting my duties in helping LeBron"
Wade: "Ain't nothin' wrong with me, I just need my teammates to apply themselves better in getting me involved"

At one point, they were referred to as "the Miami Cavaliers" and while I chuckled, I also opened another beer and said "wow, it's TRUE!" I am inclined to give Chris Bosh a pass - as he is being outclassed at two positions and only one of them is his, but neither is naturally how he plays it - but until Dwyane Wade and his enablers/fans can concede that something is in need of adjustment, this "not 4, not 5, not 6..." championships run will end this summer.
