![]() My zenki on the right. Anyone know if its an original color? It looks like another one I saw but upon closer inspection of mine the pain apears to have hints of almost bluish/purple. Pictures suck but I really need to repain and would like to know the color code.

My 95 Zenki is the exact same color with the exact same crappy fading on the hood and roof. I realize this post is from 2012, but it made me SMH. It was my parent's car since about 2001, and my dad did everything he could possibly do to stop the fading, but nothing helped. That Colorado sun just killed the paint over time. My parent's gave the car to me, so it's slowly starting the upgrade process. I am thinking Starfire Blue Pearl, cause it's sexy and never came on Zenki's. |

Yeah, not feelin' the Med Blue. I don't really care that it is misleading - that's like saying don't paint your 240sx a color from another auto manufacturer, when there are craploads of people saying super white rules!

One of the very few Plasticoated cars done right. Work done by Raail, went with flat white. Me at Summit Point for 100DOD, photo by Mayday Garage.

PEDO I am kind of diggin the PlastiDip idea because of price and ease of application. What do you think of the product so far? The only thing that I worry about is longevity of the product as I have read that the PlastiDip is usually only good for about 3-6 months then has to be removed and reapplied. For some reason I was really diggin the Matte Red Supra that I saw on SF.

I rather invest in a gun and paint it for real even with a shitty job it looks better then plasti-dipping and it will last you a lot longer. |
