![]() Car: 95 240SX
Okay lets see. It was time to replace my brakes right. I go ahead and do it and now the rotor scrapes on the the caliper. Its wierd though, it only happens when im turning. When I'm going straight its fine. But when I turn you can hear the grinding of the caliper on the rotor. Here are some pics for some better understanding. I bought the car with the current setup. ![]() ![]() Here is where the caliper grinds on the rotor. ![]() You can see where the rotor grinded on the caliper. On the outter edge. ![]() ![]() The caliper bolts right up to the bracket with a 2mm?? washer between the caliper and bracket. ![]() Here is pic of my old brake pads. Maybe this (the uneven wear) has to do something with whats wrong with it now. I dont know or else I wouldnt be posting this up. Thanks ahead of time for your time and help. the washer was there when i took apart. So i just put everything back together the same way I took it off. So are you saying that there should or shouldnt be a washer between the caliper and bracket?
