With this email communication turd, I would send Sam (sam?) a question, and by the time he gives me an answer, I would forget what the hell I was asking! It would be cooler if he could include previous threads in his replies, so customers can trace their conversations a little bit easier.

...sorry, but I couldn't say this is any way without sounding like a biotch. There's probably a good reason why they don't include a company phone number on their website (unless i'm missing it)... speaking of which, I wonder what the reason is. Not enough employees maybe?
