McRussellPants Back in da fray after 7 weeks of hell.

After I fix the no RUCA situation I'll be spacing 15-20mm so don't mind the wolf skull fender pull. Rucas will aslo fix bindy rear suspension for more lowness.

What color did you end up going? Looks clean.
And why the small wheels up front?

its a light lavender.

The sun was going down with a tree casting a shadow on it, normally during the day in good light it all looks like the color it is over the gas cap.

17s up front since 18x9 XDs look trashcan and I didn't think I could swing 18x10 up front with S14 FLCAs.

are the front bumper and sideskirt different brand? cause they don't seem to line up. The sideskirts seem really low.

I too still need to put my ruca on, lol that and drop it two inchs in the back. Running same sizes for the same reasons 18x9=poo 18x10 not a good idea if you want to be able to fully turn on a s13.

Your pic was first because I don't my car is not as low as its going yet, so you whin that battle McRussell! I sence you had paul walker snooping in my garage months ago trying to cop the hotness.

Thought about going with white polish but I really wanted gold rims, mean work people could only do silver, white, red, bronze, satin black and wmb.

You can def swing 18x10 up front with s14 lca's. That extra inch and the right offset youll be just fine.. I run 17x10 + 10 with a 5mm spacer/s14 lca's/30mm overs/ -3.5 and no problem.
Youll need to do some hammering and hide the wires above the fenders.
You could also shave your bump stops a little for some extra clearence.

18s are different.

To be low on 18s on an S13 you have to stretch and sink or have retarded spring. Id imagine the only way I could clear 18x10 +0 that it would have to be would be with a 215/40 or something wack like that. 18x9 I could clear with a small tire, but 18x9 XDs look wack.

Its impossible to keep wide 18s out of the front on S13, lindsay breaks/broke tie rods/has tire rammin into everything, D-money is running 2in of preload and his tires still clearance into the fender. Fukada shows on 18x10 up front but still runs 17x9 on the track.

18s up front is rough, and I didn't want to deal with it and I like the way 17/18s look.

Good thing I have the v:s III kit then When I picked up my bodykit last year I wanted the d-drug one but it was on major backorder 8-??? weeks, so v:s III was the closest. I had origin agressive at first and returned it because the v:s bumper had a slightly larger opening for the fmic.

And McRussel is right on the money about the xd-9s 18x9 look like 18x7's and the 17x9.5 are a little wider, in a better offset, better suited for s13s, enough said.

18x10 up front would be too extreme for streetable s13, its possible though
even 9.5 has minimal clearance on everything
i hear so much about people breaking tie rods, is it actually rubbing the tie rods, or is it that 18" put too much stress on the tie rods?
