try this first, replace the tcu (time control unit) in the driver side footwell.
if (when)that doesn't work, get a pinout for the two units. label everything. double check all of your labels. re-pin the subharness and its done. took me about 3 hours, and the only thing that didn't work was the low fuel light, i got over it.
