I was recommended to go to Import Replacement Parts when I needed a radiator. They match prices, even online if they can call to confirm. I got my Koyo shipped for below their asking price since I showed them a lower one elsewhere. They responded well, even on AIM. They forgot to give me a tracking number, but once I emailed asking, they replied right back w/ the number and a smile.

I also needed it shipped by Friday, I contacted them via AIM on a Monday I tihnk. Not sure if there was mistake on my part or miscommunication, but they failed to overnight the package as was the deal with the price they matched... but maybe they knew it would make it on time, so decided that expediting wasn't necessary. Either way, i got it Friday 4pm, in tact, ready to go into my car :]

I give them a 9/10 for this 1st time buyer experience w/ them.
