Its called DUD. they use bushings instead of bearings in the spinners.

although they look like Kai's I will bet you anything that the powercoating is so cheap it will start to chip like a motherF**ker while just going down a few shitty LA streets, ANd I bet them fake shits is heavy too, fuck that!!!.
