Those bolts can be a bitch, Try spraying WD40 or whatever kind of lubricant you can on the exposed threads to maybe loosen it up a little. Let that soak in for a while, then spray some more. You don't want to strip the plug. Then when you are trying to pry it loose make sure the wrench is perpendicular to the bolt, everything needs to be Right angles. I've given up on some because I just couldn't get them out, it sucks I know.
